Oaklands Sixth Form is a great place to study because it unlocks the potential of its students and gives them the tools they need to get far at life. The staff are very supportive of students and bring out the best in us. While the workload is tough, as it is at any sixth form, there is plenty of support from teachers as well as a large base of resources. Oaklands has great links to university and apprenticeship programmes, from Queen Mary’s University to large businesses like Allen & Overy. This is a great place to gain whatever skills you may need for your future, or simply to discover what you want to do.

Oaklands Sixth Form has really helped me transition from GCSE to A-Level. Our teachers are really supportive and strive to challenge you but not to the point that you are overwhelmed. There is such a sense of community within the sixth form between students, everyone is welcome! At Oaklands, you have a strong support system while studying here to ensure that it goes as smoothly as possible, definitely the place to be!
