Federation Proposal

Proposal to Federate Lawdale Junior School and Oaklands Secondary School

Dear Parents, Carers and Staff,

The Governing Bodies of Lawdale Junior School and Oaklands Secondary School are consulting on a proposal to form a federation with a single shared governing body from September 2026.

Under this proposal, both schools would continue to operate as separate schools, with the aim of the federation to strengthen collaboration between the schools.

The consultation period will run from Tuesday 14th April to Wednesday 3rd June 2026 at 12:00pm.

We welcome feedback from all parents, carers, staff and stakeholders. You can share your views in the following ways:
